The high quality CO2 Incubator developed and produced by Wiggens, with fast heat up, fast-recovery and stable control. Electric Heating wires cover all sides of chamber, and warm air from heating wire is preserved in space between chamber and insulation. All these designs make stable uniformity and provides fast heat-up and temperature recovery. No regular maintenance is required for the dry wall with insulation. The heater on bottom warm the water in tray and it makes humidification. Circulation fan deliver the moisture formed from the water in the entire chamber. Heating by front door heater and frame heater prevent condensation on the side walls of the chamber and the glass door.

The Celrol Elite roller apparatus is designed for use in the production of various attachment cells. The units provide from 5 bottle positions up to 88 bottle positions. It can be easily placed in WIGGENS CO2 incubator.

The WIGGENS Roller apparatus allow users to grow cell attachments from standard plastic bottles at a convenient scale. The advantage of roller culture is that it can increase the surface area of the cell, and the gentle rotation is beneficial to the cell growth. As the flask rotates, the cells leave the medium for a period of time and are suspended in the air, increasing the exchange of gas and facilitating cell growth.

For vaccine production or when high production is required, Celrol Elite can be used to add additional layers (up to 11 layers) to place the additional bottles as needed. WIGGENS can be added to any type of bottle rolling machine battery backup system and SMS alarm, it also can connect the printer to output the report directly. A standard cell culture bottle of 108-121 mm in diameter and 550 mm in length can be placed by the Celrol Elite.
