The NR reactors enable experiments with 1000ml or 2000ml and negative pressure. In comparison to the other series of reactors, no loss of flexibility or safety has to be made. Easy handling and highest safety and maximal flexibility and individuality.

Each of low pressure reactors can be equipped with a bottom drain valve. NR-1000/2000/5L reactors without a bottom drain valve can be provided with a PTFE insert. However, reactors with a bottom drain valve cannot be equipped with PTFE inserts. NR-1000/2000 reactors with a bottom drain valve have three different configuration:
● Basic configration for M1
● Basic configuration with distillation unit for M2
● Basic configuration with short-path distillation unit for M3

Standard armatures of the Low-pressure Reactor are a rupture disc, a dip tube, a valve and a tool for opening and closing the reactor. In total, the NR-1000 and NR-2000 have seven ports, e.g. for pressure monitoring. The ports can be used according to customer needs. The number of free ports can be enlarged when using T-connections.
