Large size chromatography columns with O-Ring grooved flat flange at top for easy access to column. Flange is supplied with silicone O-Ring to make seal when using 5860 head with 6517 clamp. 4" and 6" I.D. columns are tapered to #50 Screw thread at bottom that accepts 5844 adapter, or 5848 and 5835 adapters.
